1. Subject

This contract governs the sale of personalized AI portraits (digital and printed canvas) between [Company name] and the customer.

2. Order

The order is validated after full payment via Stripe. No deposit required.

3. Price

Prices are displayed in EUR or USD depending on the user's region. Applicable VAT is included in the displayed price.

4. Delivery times

• Digital: instant (generation 2-5 minutes)
• Canvas: 5-10 business days worldwide

100% money-back guarantee within 30 days. See our refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

• The customer retains ownership of the source photo they uploaded
• The customer obtains a personal and non-commercial use license on the generated portrait
• The company retains rights on the AI pipeline and generic styles

7. Photo usage

The customer warrants:

• Having the right to upload the photo (being the legal parent/guardian of the child depicted)
• Not uploading shocking, violent or inappropriate content
• The company reserves the right to refuse to generate a portrait based on inappropriate photo

8. Liability

The company cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers (canvas) or printing defects.

9. Applicable law

French law. Disputes: Court of [City].

10. Mediation

In case of dispute, prior mediation possible with [Consumer mediator].
